Hibernia College President, Dr. Seán Rowland, pictured (back right) with the other members of the Dean’s Alumni Leadership Council (DALC) of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. The Dean’s Alumni Leadership Council is designed to engage graduates of the Kennedy School as volunteers in the ongoing work of strengthening the mission of the School. It acts as a corps of ambassadors, expanding the visibility, reach, and recognition of the School. DALC members provide valuable alumni service to the School through participation in specific alumni, student, and development outreach activities.
